At NEVYA, we value the trust of our donors, beneficiaries, and volunteers. This policy outlines how we collect, store, protect, and use information on our platform.

2. Donor Anonymity

Donors have the right to contribute anonymously. When chosen, your name and personal details will never be exposed on public ledgers, top contributor lists, or marketing materials. All payment card/UPI credentials are processed directly through 256-bit PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Cashfree) and are never stored on NEVYA servers.

3. Beneficiary Document Security

Identity proofs (Aadhaar, Voter ID), income certificates, and confidential medical diagnoses uploaded by applicants are stored in protected directories accessible only by authorized verification officers. Private contact numbers and exact street addresses are never published publicly.

4. Zero Third-Party Selling

We never sell, rent, or trade personal data, donor phone numbers, or email addresses with commercial advertisers.
