Terms of Service & Contribution

1. Nature of Contributions

Contributions made to NEVYA are voluntary social donations allocated to our centralized assistance pool. Contributions are non-refundable once disbursed to hospitals, medical vendors, or verified beneficiaries.

2. Centralized Pool Governance

By contributing, donors understand that funds enter a common pool disbursed according to verified clinical need, priority scoring, and administrative audit standards. Donors do not dictate individual case allocations.

3. Beneficiary Representations

Applicants submitting requests warrant that all medical certificates, income statements, and identity details provided are genuine. Fraudulent submissions will result in immediate disqualification and reporting to legal authorities.
